TWO BELGIAN ADVERTISING AGENCIES WIN AT PRESTIGIOUS LONDON INTERNATIONAL AWARD
1 Entry Wins Gold Statue, 2 Win Silver Statue
(London, November 12, 2007) – Two Belgian advertising agencies were recognised for their superior entries to the 2007 London International Awards held at the Hippodrome this evening. Now in its 22nd year, the London International Awards honours excellence in Advertising, Design and Digital Media.
Three entries from Belgium in the Integrated Media and Television/Cinema media have been chosen as Gold and Silver Statue winners.
The two companies that won Gold and Silver Statues include: Duval Guillaume– one Gold Statue in Integrated Media, one Silver Statue in Television/Cinema Leo Burnett Brussels– one Silver Statue in Television/Cinema
Of the 17,660 submissions, only eight percent (8%) reached Finalist status. Of those elite selections, 1.4% attained Silver status and only 0.5% were awarded Gold Statues. The vast number of submissions reflects the prestige and explosive growth of the London International Awards since its inception in 1986 when 2,600 submissions were considered.
