GREY WORLDWIDE LEBANON WINS FINALIST
AT PRESTIGIOUS LONDON INTERNATIONAL AWARDS 2008
One Entry Captures Gold Statue, One Wins Silver Statue
(London, November 10, 2008) – Grey Worldwide, Lebanon won Finalist status at the London International Awards 2008. Now in its 23rd year, London International Awards continues to honour excellence in advertising, design and digital media.
Grey Worldwide's entry Pantene 'Split Ends' attained a Finalist in Ambient Outdoor, Non-Traditional Media.
Of the 17,969 submissions, only 5% reached Finalist status. The vast number of submissions reflects the prestige and explosive growth of London International Awards since its inception in 1986 when 2,600 submissions were judged.
"It's really good to see emerging markets catching the judges' eye with breakthrough work. This is especially laudable in Non-Traditional Media where you are only limited by your creativity," said Barbara Levy, President of London International Awards.
