The preferable means of sending Entries is via Door-To-Door COURIER SERVICE (i.e. FedEx, DHL).
1. When sending physical entries attach a Pro-Forma, also known as a Customs Declaration, to the outside of the first entry package. This document must state that the goods shipped have "NO COMMERCIAL VALUE", are "CONTEST MATERIAL" and are "NOT FOR RESALE," with a declared value that does not exceed $10.00 U.S, regardless of the contents of the package.
2. If you are sending more than one package, clearly indicate on each package the number of total packages sent. (Example 1 of 2, 2 of 2.)
3. Your company name and full address must be on the outside of each package you ship. (By the time your shipment clears customs, all courier airway bills have been removed.)

Payment must be in Sterling (English Pounds). We accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard or American Express ONLY), Bank Drafts payable through a United Kingdom Bank or Bank Transfers.
A £15 bank fee will be added to your invoice for Bank Transfer Payments. Email email@example.com for Bank details.
Note: A 3% credit card fee will be added to your invoice for every Credit Card transaction.
All payments must be made payable to: London International Awards.
Bank Drafts must be couriered to the above address.
Absolutely No Refunds on Entry Fees after 30th June 2009 regardless of any extension to the entry deadline. Any Entrant who requests LIA to cancel a finalized entry after 30th June will be obligated to pay the total invoice including cancelled entry(s). If entrant refuses to pay cancelled entry(s) the entire order can be withdrawn from judging at LIA discretion.
Entry Fees must be paid within 14 days of finalising entries.
